Professional Development
The Path To Excellence
Help your employees gain the self-mastery required to achieve excellence.

We provide a full range of professional development services to help build teams, develop strong leaders, strengthen interpersonal relationships and improve performance capabilities.  Some of our professional development resources include:

The Birkman Method® consists of a 298-question personality assessment and a series of related report sets that facilitate team building, executive coaching leadership development, career counseling, and interpersonal conflict resolution.

The California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI 434™) offers insight into strengths and areas for potential development in 18 leadership characteristics.  The report enables individuals to understand their strengths, target areas for development, set goals, and plan action steps to enhance their leadership style.

The CPI 260Coaching Report For Leaders® offers insight into strengths and areas for potential development in 18 leadership characteristics.  The report enables individuals to understand their strengths, target areas for development, set goals, and plan action steps to enhance their leadership style.

The Myers-Briggs Type indicator® (MBTI®) is the most widely used personality inventory in history.  The MBTI® helps you improve work and personal relationships, increase productivity, and identify leadership and interpersonal communication preferences.

The FIRO-B® (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior™) is a powerful tool that assesses how personal needs affect your employee's behavior towards others.  This inventory offers insight into your employee's compatibility with other people, as well as into his or her individual characteristics.

The Conflict Lens™ is an instrument completed by your employees, and then debriefed as part of an education program or consultation on conflict resolution.  It asks employees to focus on actual conflicts and to examine their thoughts, behaviors, and feelings in the process of managing the conflicts.  It also asks employees to reflect on the outcomes of the conflicts.  The emphasis is on encouraging employees to engage in open, healthy discussions about conflict.

The Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) incorporates extensive research conducted over 15 years.  The MBI has been recognized for over a decade as the leading measure of burnout.
