Beyond consulting, he has founded and led ventures in film, broadcasting, media and fashion, gaining firsthand insight into the strategic and operational challenges tied to bottom-line accountability. As a Board Member and Senior Program Designer for a top-tier Training & Development firm, he co-designed and helped establish custom action-learning programs for Fortune 500 companies, including an outdoor experiential learning initiative at Shell Oil’s Corporate Learning Center.

In academia, Graden served as an adjunct professor for over 20 years at the University of Houston and the University of St. Thomas, teaching Economics, Leadership, and Management. His teaching included leading the capstone Seminar in Management for graduating business majors.
